Since January 1, 2019 it is no longer possible to ship vinyl/CDs/cassettes/merchandise as letters, therefore postage prices are rather high. By default all physical items are shipped via DHL, HERMES is however possible in Germany and the European Union. Please inquire if you wish to use HERMES.

We aim at having your purchases shipped within seven working days. Due these times of crisis shipping however takes much longer than what we used to have, meaning shipping times may vary a lot (example: Australia may face a delivery time of at least 40 working days, New Zealand of about 50 days).

Due to Covid-19 on the one hand, and the war in Ukraine no shipping is currently possible to various destinations. Unfortunately it is really difficult to keep on track with all continents and countries as circumstances change on short notice. If you are from rather exotic places, please contact us first.

A tracking number will be made available as soon as possible if applicable.

10"/12" Vinyl:

Rest Of The World: 23.- Euro

It is obvious that this is very expensive. Most items are distributed by other mailorders as Ván Records and many more. Please check if they can offer better postage prices, especially for non-EU countries.
Return Policy
All sales are final.
Under no circumstances will we issue refunds or accept returns. Bandcamp gives you an automatic download/ownership of the release with every digital or physical purchase, beyond what we can control, and this is one of the reasons why we do not issue refunds. Thanks for your support.

We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged parcels that were not covered by insurance/delivery confirmation or by extra shipping costs paid to have items packed more securely (which increases package weight and as such requires extra shipping costs covered). It is YOUR duty and responsibility to inquire about securing your package/goods beyond the basic shipping that we offer by default at checkout.
